On his farm in the Cabo Verde region, one of Brazilβs most ideal growing zones, coffee cherries ripen slowly under warm days, humid soil, and perfectly defined seasons. Only the most experienced picker decides when each cherry is truly ready - no rushing nature.
Modern processing meets old-school craftsmanship here. At Paraiso Farm, advanced sorting and drying technology removes excess moisture, keeping only the highest-quality cherries. After a final quality check, the beans are sent to our roastery, where our expert techniques transform them into the coffee your cup deserves, ready to delight our customers.
