Shipping & Returns

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day.

1.1 Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to all regions within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

1.2 Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available at checkout where applicable)
  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

1.3 Delivery Costs

  • Standard Delivery: £3.95 (free on orders over £39)
  • Express Delivery: £6.95
  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

1.5 Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or strikes. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

2. Order Issues and Missing Items

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@coffeecruise.co.uk.
  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and any supporting evidence (e.g. photos for damaged goods).

3. Returns Policy

3.1 Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You must inform us of your decision in writing by email.

3.2 Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns of opened food or drink products unless they are faulty.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3.3 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@coffeecruise.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Package the item securely and send it back via a tracked service.

3.4 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We may request photo evidence to speed up the resolution.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
