When we started, I took it as a craft to master. I learned, tested, travelled across Europe, asked endless questions, and kept coming back to the same idea: roast in small batches, and never rush flavour. That’s the principle I still work by every single day.
Every roast that reaches you has been checked, tasted, and approved by me personally. If it’s not good enough for my own morning cup, it won’t be reaching your morning cup!
