Want to know a little about why we choose beans from Papua New Guinea?

Perched in the highlands of Papua New Guinea’s Chuave region, near the towering Bismarck Range, coffee cherries thrive where tropical jungles meet alpine meadows. Smallholder farms here feel more like tranquil retreats than industrial operations, with just a few coffee trees per plot. These trees are tended with care, patience, and a deep respect for nature - where life and coffee grow in harmony.

Elimbari beans, often cherry-red in color and size, are carefully harvested, pulped, and dried for over 24 hours before undergoing fermentation in specially prepared wooden boxes. Hand-processed every step of the way, each bean preserves its exceptional quality from farm to cup.

The result? A coffee that sings with the warm spice of ginger and the soft sweetness of honey, layered with notes of dried plums and raisins.
