High in Ethiopia’s sun-kissed hills, coffee cherries grow in rich, vibrant soil, developing a naturally sweet, dessert-like character. It’s no coincidence we chose Ethiopia for our caramel profile. These beans are born with a soft caramel touch. We simply let that indulgent note unfold when roasting, creating a brew that feels warm, charming, and effortlessly premium.
