Want to know a little about why we choose beans from Nicaragua?
High in Nicaraguaโs Jinotega region, coffee cherries thrive at 1,200 meters above sea level, nurtured in rich volcanic soil and shaded by lush greenery. This countryโs been through it all - political upheavals, powerful earthquakes. But it's farmers fiercely devoted to growing coffee that commands attention.
Today, the smallholder farms of the Chorotega community, united under the Aldea Global association, cultivate beans with care, skill, and a deep respect for the land. The quality shows in every step: only the ripest Catimor and Caturra cherries make the cut. Hand-picked, sorted, and processed without a hint of chemicals, these beans let nature - and a touch of human magic - shine.
Big, bold, and bursting with flavour, each cup delivers velvety indulgence with caramel and chocolate notes that flirt with your taste buds.
