High in the lush, diverse landscapes of Colombia, coffee cherries thrive in fertile soils kissed by the sun, nestled between the Amazon rainforest and the soaring Andes. The countryโs unique climate allows farmers to harvest not once, but twice a year - meaning fresh, vibrant coffee for coffee lovers around the world.
Colombian farms are a masterclass in care. The ripest cherries are handpicked, sorted with precision, gently fermented for 8โ14 hours, and slowly dried to perfection - first on the farm, then in specialised mills for a final quality check. Packed with precision, they then make their journey to our roastery, arriving ready to be transformed into your perfect cup.
We choose beans sized 15 and 16, the top-tier โExelcoโ grade, ensuring every cup delivers that signature Colombian harmony: bright, fruity, a touch of bittersweet depth, and soft caramel sweetness. Medium roasted for smooth, approachable flavour, itโs a coffee that shines whether in a latte, cappuccino, or a bold morning espresso.
